Where is Viva Creative Studio located?

We are located at the Trades District in East Wenatchee. It’s near the airport.

What types of bookings do you offer?

We offer photography studio rentals, creative use sessions, and event space rentals for small gatherings, workshops, birthdays and pop-ups.

What’s included in a studio rental?

Access to our photo studio, lighting equipment, backdrop options, and our furniture for props. You’re welcome to bring your own gear, too!

Can I bring my own photographer?

Absolutely! Our space is available for all creatives — whether you’re bringing your own photographer or renting the space to shoot your own content.

How many people can I bring?

Our creative studio sessions allow up to 10 people total, including your photographer.

How many guests can your event space accommodate?

We provide tables and chairs for up to 49 guests, perfect for small celebrations, baby showers, workshops, and more.

Do you allow alcohol?

Yes, but we recommend that hosts obtain liquor liability coverage. If you choose not to, you accept full responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by alcohol use.

Can I decorate the space?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own décor, we just ask that you avoid nails, staples, or anything that could damage the walls.

How do I book my session or event?

All bookings are made through our Acuity Scheduling page. Simply choose your date, time, and add-on options.

Do you require a deposit?

50% of payment is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

What’s your cancellation policy?

All bookings are non-refundable. However, we allow one reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Do you require a security deposit?

We require a refundable security deposit of $250. If no damages and the space is clean, we will return deposit within 5-business days.
